Each year, voting takes place to find the best employer in the region of Vorarlberg. As in previous years, the Chamber of Labour Vorarlberg and news portal VOL.AT undertook the search for the 'Best employer in Vorarlberg' via an anonymous online survey.

Nearly 150 organisations in six categories were nominated by voters during the online survey. The outcome was announced at the beginning of December, with winners being awarded in the city of Feldkirch.

The regional office of SPAR based in Dornbirn was delighted to win the category ‘over 300 employees’ particularly as this was the second year in a row in which they achieved this success.

“We are very proud to have received this award again in 2015. A company is only successful if employees enjoy going to work and are satisfied with their jobs”, said Gerhard Ritter delighted at receiving this popular award. He further stated that he is convinced that SPAR will continue to focus on employee satisfaction in future.
